Phone & Email Support
Unlimited phone, text, and email support to answer questions and offer suggestions and support through pregnancy and early labor.
2 Prenatal Visits
First includes birth planning assistance to help you clarify your preferences and explain options available to you, exercise and diet recommendations for pregnancy, and introduction to birth affirmations.
A second to have a mock labor, brief childbirth education (stages of labor) and apply physical and emotional characteristics of labor, practice positions and coping techniques with your birth partner.

As a Doula, I Do Not:
Perform any clinical tasks
I am not a medical provider. I do not perform vaginal exams or deliver your baby.
During labor
Physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the durations of labor and birth, to help you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby's birth

Use of doula comfort tools such as peanut birth ball, Rebozo, heating pad, ice packs, positions suggestions, massage, and more.
Speak to the staff on your behalf
Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
Most importantly, this is YOUR baby and YOUR birth. I will respect and honor you through it.
Baby’s first feeding Support
Breastfeeding initiation and lactation support including latch assistance or use of supplementation tools (breast pump, etc).
Postpartum follow-up visit
Typically a home visit to celebrate and process the birth of your baby, light housework, breast pump instruction, and babywearing assistance.
